This is my second External css page. My feelings about css are mixed. it seems like it is more useful than html, but it also seems more difficult than html too. it seems more useful becuase you can use one page to control multiple pages, which is easier than retyping the code in html for every page. the structure seems a little bit more complicated. it was harder for me to understand how everything was put together at first. now, however, i feel i have the hang of the whole thing.
