The Beatles were an amazing band. They outlasted many other bands from their times and
had many, many songs which are still very popular and famous. A few songs that most people know include, Yellow Submarine, Let it Be, Penny Lane, All you Need is Love, Hello Goodbye, and many others. The four Beatles, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Ringo Star, and George Harrison made over 310 songs and had 18 albums.
The Beatles were formed in 1960, in Liverpool, England. They were all younger then twenty at the time they formed. The genre of music they made was Psychadelic rock. Many musicians were influenced by the Beatles music that they themselves tried replicating it. Some turned out ok, some weren't so good, but none of them could compare with the original. Many new artists redo some of the Beatles songs and personlize them to make them somewhat their own.
